A non returnable deposit, unless the week is subsequently re-let, of £150 per week is due at time of booking and a refundable Good-housekeeping deposit of £100 per week is added to the final payment. There is also a charge per unit for electricity this will be at the current rate set by SSE at time of holiday. Heating oil is included in the rental charge. Duvets are supplied on all beds and bed linen and towels may be hired at £8 per person
