An open fire, cot & high chair by prior arrangement , enclosed garden.

Heating: Oil fired central heating throughout. Oil included in rental. Electric heating in conservatory. Electricity charged at 12p per unit. Telephone calls charged at BT rates. Linen: Bedlinen and towels available at £6 per person. Duvets and duvet covers on beds.
